Peko Tile Inc was founded in 1947 by Mr. PEterson and Mr. KOffend. PEKO was the perfect combination of their partnership and dream of opening a Flooring Showroom of high-quality flooring of all kinds and quality union installations. The showroom features the best and newest trends in flooring including carpeting, vinyl, hardwood, and tile. In the early years we did many residential communities working alongside some of the most prestigious builders in the Chicagoland suburbs. The clients would often come to our showroom to pick the finishes for their dream homes they were building. When Mr. Peterson and Mr. Koffend decided to enjoy retirement, they sold the business to Robert Ladika. He happily ran it with his support team for 3 decades till he decided to sell the business to his employee of over twenty-five years, Donna Glinka. He saw she had always put her heart and soul into his company and knew it would be in great hands for decades to come under her guidance. For all PEKO’s seventy-seven years in business, quality flooring materials and skilled installers have always been the most important thing. In the last decade or so we have taken on more commercial projects but still do big and small residential projects also. We are proud to still have a beautiful showroom to this day that we hope would make Mr. Peterson and Mr. Koffend proud of how their dream has been kept alive for over seventy-five years.
